Bank offers are set by the bank, capped, often limited to specific cards, and can change or end without notice. The price you pay is whatever the retailer shows at checkout — always confirm there.

Is this a good price?

Fairly priced

With only 8 GB of RAM, it is priced too high for what it offers.

Is it any good?

It scores 45 out of 100

The ASUS Vivobook 15 runs on an Intel Core i5-1235U processor and includes 512 GB of SSD storage alongside Windows 11 Home. It provides standard everyday computing power, but the 8 GB RAM limitation at this price point makes it expensive compared to similar everyday laptops available in India.

What works

  • The 512 GB SSD gives you plenty of quick space for files and apps.
  • The Intel Core i5-1235U processor handles daily office tasks and web browsing smoothly.
  • Windows 11 Home comes pre-installed out of the box.

What does not

  • The pricing feels steep for the basic hardware provided.

7 answered here. Tap one to open it — every answer is written out in full, not summarised.

01

What is the ASUS Vivobook 15 good at?

Nothing on its specification sheet stands out: its strongest area is software at 60/100. The weakest is value at 35/100, so skip it if that is what you are buying for. It scores 45/100 overall. These come from the specification sheet and the store price — nobody has handled the product, so they say what it should be able to do, not how it feels to use.

02

ASUS Vivobook 15 or Acer Aspire 5 AI PC — which is better?

The Acer Aspire 5 AI PC scores higher (80/100 against 45/100) for about the same — worth the saving. Both are judged on their specification sheets and today's prices, so put them side by side if one spec matters more to you than the total.
