Terms of use

These are the terms for using wirednexus.in. They are short because the site does little: it publishes opinions and numbers, and it sends you elsewhere to buy.

What this site is

WiredNexus publishes reviews, scores and comparisons of consumer technology sold in India. Everything on it is our opinion and our arithmetic. It is information, not advice, and not a recommendation to buy any particular thing.

We do not sell anything

There is no checkout here. Every purchase happens on a retailer’s own site, under their terms, their warranty and their returns policy. We are not a party to that sale: we cannot cancel an order, chase a delivery, process a return or honour a warranty. The retailer is who to ask for all of those.

Prices and availability

Prices and stock are recorded from the shops and change without notice. A price here may be wrong by the time you read it. The price shown at the shop at the moment you buy is the only one that binds anybody.

Scores and verdicts

A score is worked out from a product’s specification and its price, by the same method for every product. It is a comparison, not a measurement of how a product will behave for you. Where a score comes from the specification sheet rather than from hands-on testing, the page says so.

Accuracy

We take care to get the facts right and we correct them when they are wrong. We do not promise the site is complete, current or error-free, and we are not liable for a decision made on the strength of something here. If you find a mistake, tell us and it will be fixed.

Content

The writing, the scores and the pictures we make are ours. Product photographs belong to the manufacturers and retailers they came from. Quote a sentence or two with a link back and you are welcome; copying a page wholesale is not.
